Cetirizine+nimesulide+paracetamol+caffeine+phenylephrine is a combination medicine used to treat the symptoms of the common cold. It also helps treat fever and aches associated with the common cold. The common cold is a respiratory illness that affects the nose and throat. It is mostly caused by a virus known as rhinovirus. Symptoms of a common cold include stuffy or runny nose, sore throat, cough, congestion, mild body pain or a mild headache, sneezing, low-grade fever, and feeling unwell.

Cetirizine+nimesulide+paracetamol+caffeine+phenylephrine contains Caffeine, Cetirizine, Nimesulide, Paracetamol and Phenylephrine. Cetirizine blocks the action of histamine, a substance responsible for causing allergic reactions. Phenylephrine narrows the blood vessels; this helps in providing relief from congestion. Paracetamol and Nimesulide help relieve pain. Caffeine decreases the sleepiness caused by cetirizine. Together, Cetirizine+nimesulide+paracetamol+caffeine+phenylephrine helps in treating the symptoms of the common cold.

You are advised to take Cetirizine+nimesulide+paracetamol+caffeine+phenylephrine for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending on your medical condition.
