- Oscar HBs Ag test is intended used for qualitative detection of Hepatitis B Surface Antigen (HBs Ag) in human serum / plasma as in aid of HBV infection. It is based upon lateral flow immuno assay. Highly specific monoclonal antibodies of HBs Ag have been used for the coating on nitro cellulose membrane and colloidal gold conjugate to have better sensitivity and specificity. Each kit is available in pack of 50 tests. Sealed pouches containing test cards & samples droppers and instructions for use is provided in each kit. It has shelf life of 24 months from date of manufacturing if stored at 2-30° C under sealed conditions.IVD ISO
