Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers, leads, or existing clients to inform them about products/services.
- Follow a predefined script or pitch to ensure consistency in the message delivered
Lead Generation & Qualification:
- Identify and qualify potential leads from cold calling, inquiries, or database lists.
- Gather and update customer information, ensuring that all details are accurately recorded.
Follow-up Calls:
- Make follow-up calls to prospects or clients to confirm interest, answer questions, or close sales.
- Maintain a record of calls and any related customer interactions in the CRM system.
Achieving Targets:
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and sales goals.
- Track performance and report on the progress to the Team Leader or Sales Manager
Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate logs of calls made, customer details, and outcomes.
- Ensure all customer interactions are documented in CRM systems or spreadsheets for future reference.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to improve performance.
