- Separate sling from swathe and put swathe to one side, hold sling and place arm in sling so that it is centered between elbow and fingers, release hook closure on straps and place straps over neck, hold right strap and bring across centre of back and under left side of sling. Secure hook to sling, hold left strap and bring across centre of back and under right side of sling. Secure hook to sling, adjust sling buckles on sling to keep elbow at 90 degrees and hold swathe to attach hook on front of sling, wrap around body over affected arm.
- Do hand wash in lukewarm water with mild soap, air-dried.
